In compliance with the legal requirement, the Company is in a process of floating public shares worth Tk. 9,00,00,000.00 (Taka Nine Crores) only through initial public offerings by September-2006. With the issue of this public shares, the paid-up capital of the Company will be raised to Tk.15,00,00,000.00 only.

 
FUTURE PLANS:

The Company has undertaken an ambitious future plan which amongst others includes the following:-

Computerization of the entire operation;

Imparting extensive training of employees at home and abroad

Expanding of Company’s operations to all commercially important places of the country gradually.

Introducing new products depending on the demand of the market.
