Scope of cover:

• Any error/omission/negligence/on the part of the permanent employees and directors.
• Dishonest or fraudulent act or omission on the part of the permanent employees and directors.

Exclusions

1. The insolvency of an insurance company.
2. Libel or slander
3. Loss of or damage to computer system and their records.
4. Dishonest, fraudulent criminal or malicious act or omission of the insured.
5. Terrorist activities
6. Loss of or damage due to earthquake, volcanic eruption, flood, typhoid, hurricane, cyclone.
7. Claims arising out of personal Liability, Employers liability, Product liability etc
